NHC on Law - Order in the Court

The NHC on Law is Endorsed by the Yale Mock Trial Association.

You will experience the challenges and thrills of standing up in a court of law and arguing your client’s case.

In the Honors Convocation in Law, you will gain a comprehensive overview of the many aspects of a trial.

During your ten days with NHC you will learn and prepare opening statements, closing arguments, direct and cross examination, impeachment, and admission of evidence.

  • Strategize with your partner and present a full trial — from opening to closing
    argument.
  • Analyze the appellate issues arising from your trial.
  • Meet with judges, private and public sector attorneys, and professors.
