Hooray for Hollywood! What better place for aspiring moguls to learn about the Television & Film industry.


In the National Honors Convocation on Television and Film you will see a project from creation to editing. During your ten days with NHC you will:

  • Learn how to pitch your project.
  • Study all phases of television and film production and produce your own short
    film project with a production team.
  • Meet with working talent and literary agents, writers, actors, and directors as they
    focus on the various aspects of the filmmaking process.

Focused Field Trips:
Studio tours, visits to live television tapings, and visits to film schools.

Industry panels may include:
“The Art of the Pitch — How to Present your Project,” “Developing Projects that Sell — What Producers Look For,” and “The Written Word — Writing Scenes That Jump Off the Page.”
